1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or contacting us about services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of yourself or the property owner. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or engage our services.

2. Description of Services

Calexico Artificial Grass Installation provides artificial grass and synthetic turf installation, maintenance, and related landscaping services for residential and commercial properties in Calexico, CA and the surrounding Imperial Valley region.

All services are subject to a written estimate and mutual agreement between the Company and the customer before any work begins. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on an on-site assessment of the project. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.

Final project pricing is confirmed in a written proposal before work begins. Prices may be adjusted if project scope changes, if site conditions discovered during installation differ materially from those assessed during the estimate, or if the customer requests changes after work has started.

Any changes to the original scope of work require written authorization from the customer before the Company proceeds with additional work.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Installation dates are scheduled after the customer has reviewed and approved the written estimate. We make reasonable efforts to adhere to agreed-upon schedules, though dates may shift due to weather, supply availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a fee to cover scheduling and preparation costs, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

Projects that have already been partially completed may not be cancelled without the customer assuming responsibility for materials purchased and work performed to that point.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your written estimate and project agreement. A deposit may be required before materials are ordered or work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless alternative terms have been agreed upon in writing.

Accepted payment methods will be specified in your project agreement. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late payment fee.

If a dispute arises over a payment, the customer must notify us in writing within 10 days of receiving the invoice. Disputes not raised within this period are considered accepted.

6. Warranty

We stand behind our installation work. Specific warranty terms are provided in your written project agreement and may vary based on the scope of work, materials used, and manufacturer warranties on turf products.

Warranties cover defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. They do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, acts of nature, or modifications made by parties other than the Company after installation is complete.

Manufacturer warranties on turf products are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed by the manufacturer's own terms. We will provide documentation for any applicable manufacturer warranty at project completion.

7. Customer Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you confirm that you have the legal right to authorize work on the property. You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area and to clear any obstacles (furniture, toys, vehicles, or other items) before the scheduled installation date.

You are responsible for notifying us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, drainage infrastructure, or other hazards that may affect our work. Damage resulting from undisclosed site conditions is the customer's responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calexico Artificial Grass Installation's total liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including loss of use, loss of income, or property damage not directly caused by our installation work.

9. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and Calexico Artificial Grass Installation, we encourage you to contact us directly first. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication without formal proceedings.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the parties agree to pursue binding arbitration before filing any lawsuit. Arbitration will be conducted in Calexico, CA, under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration service. Each party bears its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration will be conducted in the courts of California.
